1 on 1 coaching

What you’ll get

Bi-weekly sessions

Coaching is a personal and professional development investment that will empower you to find and use your unique voice and gifts. Our coaching sessions will provide a personalized learning environment that helps you hone your leadership presence and ability to inspire, innovate, and drive purposeful change with greater ease and flow.

Deep learning

Being a human is intense! There is always so much more to discover about ourselves and our world, and how to co-create a life worth living in body, mind & spirit. I will partner with you to explore who you are becoming in this season of your life. You will transform old stories and patterns that are holding you back, bringing next-level intentionality to being the change you wish to see.

Forwarding action

As your coach, I will help you turn your coaching insights into concrete actions that bring your goals to life through joyful accountability. From our first session to our last, you will look back and celebrate where you’ve been, where you are, and where you are headed.

Abby Newman, MAS, MSW, Program Manager for O'Neill Sea Odyssey

“Through coaching with Allison, I’ve gained the confidence to tackle challenges and embrace opportunities with greater assurance. I make more informed decisions by stepping back and thoughtfully considering how I want to show up as a leader. I’m also learning to prioritize self-care, enabling me to better support, nurture, and empower my team.”
